Day 1
Singapore Singapore is the East's great melting pot, a cultural potpourri that leaves the unsuspecting visitor dazzled. Sir Stamford Raffles, a British civil servant, brought the ‘Lion City’ to world prominence after searching for a trading station to counter the Dutch influence in the Straits of Malacca, and trade has remained the island’s mainstay. The best way to experience the remarkable diversity of the city is on foot: the traditional architecture, customs and cuisine of the various ethnic areas are in fascinating contrast to the lavish luxury shopping arcades of Orchard Road and Raffles City. Buddhist and Hindu temples, mosques and Anglican and Catholic cathedrals are all likely to be encountered during a comparatively brief walk around some of the central areas of Singapore. St Andrew’s Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, the Al-Abrar Mosque, the vast and florid Kong Meng Sang Phor Kark See Temple Complex, the Chettiar Hindu Temple and the Sri Mariamman Temple are only a few of these. A private vehicle with driver will pick you up and provide a transfer between the hotel and Airport. Transformed into a 400-room luxury hotel, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (5*) is a masterpiece of understated elegance and comfort. Successfully blending rich heritage with contemporary style, this award-winning Singapore five-star hotel provides an exceptional setting for business and leisure travelers. Travel the city with the unique Rolls Royce limousine service. Delight in the state-of-the-art fitness center – open 24-hours for your convenience. Lounge by the chic outdoor infinite-edge pool. Enjoy the close proximity to the city’s main shopping belt. Take pleasure in the exclusive amenities and features of this captivating Singapore luxury hotel – embodying a strategic location in the heart of the financial and arts districts. Overnight at Fullerton Hotel (5*). |

Singapore Your tour will begin with a leisurely bumboat ride along the Singapore River. The Singapore River is a small river with great historical importance. It is the place where Raffles made as the 1st trading port in Singapore. The ride will end at Merlion Park at Esplanade Bridge. At the Merlion Park, come face to face with Singapore’s very own tourism mascot, the Merlion, standing in the foreground, whilst the the structural masterpiece of visionary architect Moshe Safdie, the Marina Bay Sands. The tour continues with a drive around the Civic District past the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Next stop will be one of the oldest and most important Hokkien temple in Singapore, Thian Hock Keng Temple. The temple was built in traditional southern Chinese architectural masterpiece of stone, tiles and dragons and phoenixes, amazing cravings, intricate sculptures and imposing columns. Next and final stop is the National Orchid Garden, within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which boasts a colorful display of 60,000 orchid plants, with 400 species and more than 2,000 hybrids represented. As dusk falls over the tropical rainforest, the animals come alive at the world’s first open concept nocturnal zoo. Experience the thrill of exploring the jungle as you get up close with the animals, from fierce predators to timid forest dwellers, in their natural habitat enhanced by subtle moonglow lighting. Get set for a spectacular evening of adventure – at Singapore’s No. 1 Night Spot! Begin your journey with a tram ride from Himalayas to Africa, up close with the animals. The guided tram leads you through 8 geographic regions designed after the habitats of the African savannah, Himalayan foothills and jungles of South East Asia. Be enthralled by the animals from the comfort of the tram, or alight and explore the walking trails for closer views of smaller creatures. Your visit to the Night Safari isn’t complete without catching the fascinating and entertaining shows featuring all-star cast of nocturnal animals. Day 5
Vietnam Cruise Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is more modern than other Vietnamese cities, and has retained its French colonial influences. The streets are jam-packed with mopeds and scooters, often carrying whole families. Highlights in the city include the colorful Emperor of Jade Pagoda, an excellent example of a Chinese temple. The Hôtel de Ville is a wonderful example of French colonial architecture. The twin towers of Notre Dame Cathedral have been a familiar landmark in Ho Chi Minh City since the 1880s. The War Remnants Museum bears witness to the suffering inflicted on the Vietnamese people during the Vietnam War in the 1960s and 1970s. Other sites relevant to that era are Reunification Hall and the former US Embassy. An interesting excursion from Saigon is a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels in which the South Vietnamese Communists concealed themselves and from which they launched attacks on US soldiers. You will be picked up by private car and English speaking driver for a visit to Jade Emperor Pagoda that is a lovely and quiet place of worship. The temple was filled with elaborate wooden carvings on tablets and towering papier-mâché statues. Continue on to visit some more major temples: Phuoc An Hoi Quan Pagoda (for the Chinese God "Guan Gong"), and Quan Am Pagoda (for the Budhhist Bodhisattva of "Guan Yin"). Enjoy a cyclo tour around the city centre and make a stop at Ben Thanh market - the biggest market in Ho Chi Minh City for shopping. You can buy fresh tropical fruits and local products. Day 6
Vietnam Cruise Ho Chi Minh City's character remains essentially French—with wide boulevards, colonial villas, great baguettes, and a café society—and resolutely Asian. Still, Saigon is frenetic: sidewalks are crammed with noodle stands and vendors, markets are teeming, and roads are often gridlocked. Overnight at Silversea Silver (9N) . |

Day 7

This resort town is well known for its miles of beach and the friendliness of its people. The city is flanked by nearly ten kilometers of prime beach where the water is warm year round. The average temperature in Nha Trang is 26 C. It is 1,287 km south of Hanoi, 624 km south of Hue and 442 km from Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon). Nha Trang has several famous islands. Most notable are Hon Tre, Hon Yen, Hon Rua and the Spratly islands. Overnight at Silversea Silver (9N) . |

Day 12
Hong Kong This morning you'll bid farewell to your fellow cruisemates as you disembark your ship in the incredible city of Hong Kong. This marks the end to your magnificent voyage. A half day tour where you will visit the famous “The Peak” by driving along the winding road uphill to the top where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the island, Kowloon peninsula and the New Territories. Driving downhill we come to the famous fishing village ‘Aberdeen’ by passing the two most popular summer resorts of the locals - Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay. When we arrive in Aberdeen, you have the opportunity to take a glimpse at the floating population whose lifestyle has not changed much since the early days. An optional 20 minutes ride in a sampan gives you the chance to explore and take a close up look at the interesting environment. Victoria Peak is the highest mountain on Hong Kong Island and one of the most popular places for tourists to visit. You will be able to overlook the bustling Victoria harbour and Kowloon peninsula with a magnificent bird's eye view. Night view is so fascinating that one should not miss going up to it. Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay are the two most visited beaches in town and summer escapade for swimmers. One cannot resist admiring the beautiful scenery and the wonders of nature there. Aberdeen is a very important harbor area; Europeans who initiated contact with locals in the 19th century mistook the name of the village here for the name of the island, hence Hong Kong. Here you can experience the lifestyle of a old fishing community. The award-winning Kowloon Shangri-La, known for its legendary warm and friendly hospitality, is conveniently situated in the Tsim Sha Tsui East shopping and entertainment district overlooking the world famous Victoria Harbour. All its 700 guest rooms and suites, amongst the most spacious in town, offer the ultimate in luxurious comfort and feature a floor-to-ceiling bay window commanding breathtaking harbour views or exciting city vistas. Complementing its exemplary services are state-of-the-art fitness facilities and a range of fine restaurants and bars enhanced by our warm and caring people. Overnight at Kowloon Shangri-La. |
