Explore the hilltop castle of Bled and continue with a visit to Postojna Cave, a rare beauty created over millions of years, carved, shaped and created by water. Visit Predjama Castle, situated in the mouth of a hillside cavern and hear the legend of the famous robber Baron Erazem Lueger, a maverick knight who became Slovenia’s Robin Hood by stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.

Our tour continues with a visit to Lipica Stud Farm with the famous Lipizzaner horses of the Imperial Spanish Riding School from Vienna, which have been bred here since 18th century and now perform equestrian events around the world. From Lipica Farm you will be transferred to Portoroz (Port of Roses) also know as one of the most famous spa resorts In Slovenia. On the next day attend a wine-tasting event in Koper and tour the Secovlje natural park, where salt is produced in the traditional way based on a 700-year-old method that harmonizes man and nature. Itinerary

Day 1 Ljubljana

Ljubljana is the largest city and capital of Slovenia. It is regarded as the cultural, scientific, economic, political and administrative center of the country. Its transport connections, concentration of industry, scientific and research institutions and industrial tradition are contributing factors to its leading economic position. Ljubljana has a strong Alpine feel to it and the architecture underlines this impression - there is also a touch of the Mediterranean (thanks to its geographical proximity). Ljubljana was devastated by earthquakes several times. After an earthquake in 1511, Ljubljana was rebuilt in the Renaissance style, and after an earthquake in 1895 severely damaged the city, the city was rebuilt in Neo-Classicist and Secession (Art Nouveau) styles. The city's Baroque architecture was mainly influenced by Italian Baroque architecture.
