The Ultimate Adventure - Gorilla Trekking in the Congo
Deep in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, close to the Rwandan border lies Kahuzi-Biéga National Park, one of the last refuges of the Eastern Lowland Gorilla. The park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is the last places on earth where these majestic creatures can be seen in the wild. That Awful & Sometimes Unavoidable Thing Called Jet Lag & How To Beat It!
• Drink lots and lots of water before, after and during your flight. • Try to get some sleep on the plane.
