Enjoy a private vehicle and driver to chauffeur you on your full day tour of Camacha, Pico do Areiro, Ribeiro Frio, Santana and Machico. Visit Camacha, home to the famous wickerwork warehouse and see the breathtaking Pico do Arieiro, which is at 1810 metres above sea level the second highest summit on the island. Continue on to Ribeiro Frio and the notable trout hatchery, and venture to Santana, home of the ‘A’ framed cottages. Later in the day, follow the stunning north coast, visiting Porto da Cruz, Portela and its dramatic mountain views, and Machico where the explorers first landed. Enjoy a tour tour through Eira do Serrado, Curral das Freiras and Monte with a private driver and vehicle for a half day. Your driver will pick you up at your hotel and chauffeur you to Pico dos Barcelos for a superb view of Funchal. You will wind your way up the mountain to the Eira do Serrado lookout, with a superb view over the village of Curral das Freiras. From here you will travel through the hills to Monte, the delightful picturesque village situated above Funchal, famed for its beautiful Church, pretty public gardens and a Toboggan run. Those who wish may be whisked down the 2 kilometers run in this unique and infamous form of transport. Rounding off this delightful excursion is a visit to a local embroidery producer and where there will be time for a little wine tasting. This tour does not include any entrance fees.

Visit of the Baobab forest of Sindia, the Wolof and Fulani villages. Upon arrival at Ndangane on the Saloum Delta River, you will board motor-canoes and will start the visit of the islands in a beautiful wild nature between ocean and sky: visit of the Niominka fishermen villages, visit of the island of Dionewar and its picturesque Mosque, meet the inhabitants, the chief of the village and the Imam. Visit of the village of Mar Lodj inhabited by 1500 people essentially farmers, cattle breeders and fishermen. Some of them are catholic, others Muslim. Also meet with the women of the village, around the Sacred Wood and discover the ancient drum of the village which has been and is still used to communicate with other villages.
King Fahad Palace sits proudly on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean in the capital of Senegal. Surrounded by 35 hectares of luxuriant green foliage, it offers a beautiful setting for guests, with breathtaking views of the sea and easy access to water sports, deep-sea fishing, golf and tennis. A full day trip to the area called la Petite Côte around 60 miles south of Dakar. After passing through the suburb Rufisque and small villages surrounded by Baobab forests all along the road, you will arrive at Mbour. Visit the local market, and then drive on to Joal, an old colonial spot discovered by the Portuguese during the 15th century, and still a very important center in the region and the birthplace of President Leopold Sedar Senghor. A short tour by pirogue to the island of Fadiouth, famous for its Oyster-banks and sea-shell cemetery. Lunch in a restaurant close to the beach, afternoon free swimming and sunbathing.
