Today you can enjoy exclusive hiking and kayaking access in Glacier Bay National Park. Most of the park is a designated wilderness area, and it has also been designated as a part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Search for humpback whales, porpoise, sea lions and other wildlife in the rich waters of Icy Strait and Point Adolphus, Alaska's most famous humpback whale feeding area. Tour by kayak and inflatable skiff and then soak in the onboard hot tub this evening.
Spend the morning cruising the waters only the locals know; hike Lake Pavlof trail and kayak along the remote coast line. Throughout the afternoon keep a sharp eye out for humpback whales. The next destination on Baranof Island is an unspoiled bay for the evening anchorage.
Today you will cruise around Admiralty Island to visit prime humpbackviewing waters in Frederick Sound. Tour Saginaw Bay by skiff and sea kayak, and cruise up-close to a sea lion colony at the Brothers Islands.
See the cliff-walled fjords with many tall waterfalls in an area widely acclaimed as the most beautiful in all of Alaska. Watch for bears, mountain goats, and other wildlife. Enjoy a skiff ride at Ford’s Terror, named after an early mariner who was somewhat taken aback when a waterfall appeared at the turn of the tide where none had been visible at high tide. Enjoy the Captain’s Farewell Dinner in the lovely setting of Taku Harbor.
Your yacht will arrive back in Juneau at approximately 9:00am. A transfer to the airport is provided for you to catch your flight if you are flying out today (departure must be after 11:30am).
