As the ship sails past Old Montreal, you will see Notre-Dame and Sainte-Helene Islands, the beautiful Bertier-Sorel Archipelago, the city of Three-Rivers, the Shrine of Notre-Dame-du-Cap, and finally the lights of Quebec City around midnight.
This morning you'll sail from Tadoussac on the north bank of the river (with whale watching along the way) toward the south bank for a better view of the Gaspe coastline. The impressive windmill park, which stretches all the way to Cap-Chat, will then come into view, followed by the rugged hills of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, the Chics-Chocs Mountains, Forillon Park and the Bay of Gaspe.

Your all-inclusive 3-day Flavors Package provides a group tour setting where you'll get to enjoy the talents of local chefs. Once you’re on the islands, you’ll have every opportunity to sample the wealth of local products and visit producers and artisans who are passionate about their work.Today, set out by coach to explore the central island, commencing with a vist to La Fromagerie Au Pied-de-Vent, a cheese factory economuseum, where you'll get to experience the authentic craft of cheesemaking, as demonstrated by the very people who sell it. In the afternoon, a tour and tasting at À l’Abri de la Tempête microbrewery offers insight into some incredible craft beer produced on the islands. Later, a visit to La Mi-Carême economuseum will demonstrate a unique traditional feast, mixing disguises with music and joie de vivre. Afterward, you'll travel to the Dune du Nord beach where you'll have some free time to relax prior to dinner.
Today's coach tour will begin with a vist to Le Fumoir D'Antan, a traditional smokehouse economuseum, showcasing the artisanal smoking products made at the location. Your transportation will then take the scenic route of Chemin des Montants en route to some free time on the South Dune beach. An included lunch is provided before a visit to the Seal Interpretation Center - celebrating the local seal population. You'll then visit the Grande-Entrée fishing harbor, providing fresh local seafood. Prior to an included dinner, you'll have a tour and tasting at Le Barbocheux, a maker of traditional Îles wines and bagasse.
Start today off with a group visit to the Belle Anse site with its incredibly eroded sandstone cliffs, dropping straight into the sea. You'll then enjoy some free time at La Côte (main attractions: Le Flâneur art gallery, fishing port, boutiques), followed by an included lunch. The afternoon brings a visit to Les Artisans du Sable - a sand art economuseum, followed by a discovery of the Site d’Autrefois, a living history museum. Your coach's scenic route of Bassin, La Montagne, L'Etang-des-Caps will provide wonderful sights as you transfer to Laverniere for a visit of the second largest wooden church in North America. An included dinner in town, or on the ship, concludes your "Flavors" discovery.
During your stopover in Chandler, you can visit the immediate area or take a shuttle to see the town of Percé and its famous rock. In the afternoon you’ll sail to Bonaventure Island and the Percé Rock, then sail back up the Gaspe coastline.
We return by the river’s north bank, where you may see whales near Tadoussac, and enjoy the charms of Charlevoix, Côte-de-Beaupré, L'Île d'Orleans and the Montmorency Falls. In the afternoon, you can explore the most picturesque areas of Quebec City during a stopover of several hours.
