Meet with your guide at the port and depart for your full day city tour of Delft. Today you will visit Delft, one of the most charming towns in Holland. The market place, the 'new' Church and the wonderful historical town hall in combination with narrow canals, and little shopping streets make it really special. Continue to the Delft Blue Pottery. Delft Blue is the famous porcelain. You will visit one of the potteries, where the art of painting the vases and plates, the baking process is shown. There are many historical pieces of Delft Blue art on exhibit and there is a shop. Continue to The Hague. City tour of The Hague, Royal Hague and the residence of Queen Beatrix. There are wonderful tree lined lanes and many monuments. During the tour, see the Knight’s Hall, the Parliament buildings, the Peace Palace and Scheveningen Seaside resort. Continue to Maturodam. Visit of miniature city madurodam where, among many other attractions, you will see the canal houses of Amsterdam, the Alkmaar cheese market, parts of the Delta Works and the Amsterdam Rijks Museum all replicated in minute detail. Windmills turn, ships sail and modern trains traverse the city on the world’s largest miniature railway. After the tour, you will be transferred back to the port.
