Today you will visit Matthias Church and The Fishermen’s Bastion with your own private guide on a half day city tour. Located in the Buda’s Castle District, Matthias Church was originally built in 1015. Officially named ‘the Church of Our Lady’ the building is commonly known by the name 'Matthias Church', which refers to the Hungarian King Matthias Corvinus. The Fishermen’s Bastion was built between 1895 and 1902 and features impressive towers, colonnades and embrasures. Take the opportunity to admire and photograph the magnificent view from one of its towers overlooking the city and the Danube.
