Drive for approximate 30 minutes (each direction) to Gole Dell Alcantara where upon arrival they will be equipped with suit, shoes, ropes… etc.. to enter together with your 2 certified guides down the most important cave of Etna. The cave is actually 1,400 meters long and 400 meters deep but you will go through various passages and rooms to a depth of 20 meters with help of ropes etc… for an amazing day! No experience required. Total duration inside the cave is approximately 2.5 – 3hrs. Not suitable for claustrophobic people.

Take a fast Jetfoil from Millazo to Lipari.
Welcome aboard!You're greeted by your captain and crew, and provided with a welcome cocktail and dinner on board your private yacht.
Afterward, you'll have free time to visit the village of Lipari, partly distributated around its 16th century castle, the acropolis of the ancient Greek and Roman city, which rises majestically with gigantic bastions overlooking the sea.
Your captain will then sail you to a nearby bay with crystal clear waters where you can enjoy a nice refreshing swim before returning to Lipari. Overnight in Milazo.
This morning you'll set sail to explore the wild north coast of Lipari, stopping at the unique pumice beach, and heading toward the port of Salina, with a stop for a swim prior to anchoring at port. You can buy some of the local capers packed in salt, or purchase some of the famous Malvasia delle Lipari wine. Or, as Salina has the highest mountain in the islands at 950m (3,130 ft) and numerous hiking trails, you may prefer a vigorous hike.
Today you'll sail along the south coast of Salina, and take a break to swim within the beautiful scenery of the Bay of Pollara (often used as a backdrop for films). After an afternoon siesta, you'll navigate to Filicudi, mooring at Pecorini, the smallest village of the island.
Set sail toward Alicudi, one of the smallest islands of the Aeolian archipelago, where your captain will anchor you off some nice bay or beach for a refreshing swim. In the evening, you'll arrive back to the port of Filicudi.
After onboard breakfast, you'll head to Panarea, stopping to enjoy one of the many coves around the island before lunch. In the afternoon, you'll land at a quaint village on Panarea for some time at leisure. Panarea has of late become known as the "jet-set" island, with the rich and famous making it the place to be. Despite its tiny size, the island is the most picturesque in the chain, with its stark white houses and brilliant yellow ginestra bushes. You'll find an extraordinarily well preserved Bronze Age village site to explore.
This morning you'll depart Panarea for Stromboli, with a view of the Sciara del Fuoco on the northwestern side of the volcano during the day.You'll have a swim break in the afternoon before a walk in the village of San Vincenzo. You'll sail at night for another view of Sciara del Fuoco, where an eruption occurs every 15-20 minutes.
After breakfast, you'll sail to Vulcano, where according to mythology, the island was the workplace of the god of fire and blacksmiths, Hephaestus. It is studded with fantastic formations, both above ground and underwater. The nooks and crannies are teeming with rainbow colored fish and anemones. You'll enjoy some marvelous swimming and snorkeling, with the possibility to bath in thermal pools. The afternoon will provide a circumnavigation of the island, followed by a free evening in town.
After breakfast, you'll sail back to Milazo on Lipari, where you'll disembark from your ship, and bid farewell to the captain and crew.

Be picked up by your private driver & vehicle to drive for approximately 30 minutes to Noto where your private guide will be awaiting for you to walk through the main street providing explanation on the amazing Baroque architecture together with a visit of the Palazo Nicolaco. You will then have approximate 30 minutes of free time to enjoy a coffee, shop around … before continuing your drive over to Modica where you will be brought to a famous Chocolate making factory/store for a chocolate tasting with approximate 1.5 hrs free time afterwards to explore the city and enjoy lunch (lunch not included) before returning for your approx. 1.5 hr drive back to Siracusa. Entrance fees included.

The Grand Hotel San Pietro (5*) is the product of two travel-fascinated sisters who shared a love for the island of Sicily. Built in 2010, this luxury gulet ship measures 138' from end to end, and is able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 spacious cabins located on the lower deck. There are 2 enormous master cabins; one located forward with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi and separate dressing area, the second is situated aft with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi. The remaining 4 guest suites are also spacious, with Queen sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of the cabins features an extra single bed. A crew of 7 will gladly cater to your desires on an exclusive private charter.
On the edge of the island of Ortigia, the Hotel Des Etrangers et Miramare (5*) is within easy walking distance of the centre of Syracuse. The hotel is made up of 78 guestrooms and 13 suites. The architecture is rather elegant, in a neoclassic Sicilian style. The floors are covered with precious marbles, while the walls and ceilings are enriched with stucco work. Most bedrooms open onto the Porto Grande sea. On the 6th floor, there is a restaurant that offers a panoramic view of the Ortigia rooftops, bell towers and the expansive sea below.
