Depart from your hotel at around 08h00 and drive to the Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Eden situated about 15 kms outside Nelspruit. We arrive in time to join the tour which includes the feeding of the chimpanzees at 10h00. This is a unique opportunity to view chimpanzees in semi-wild surroundings. Visitors will be captivated by these primates who share 98% of mans’ DNA. With every visitor we take to the Sanctuary, we contribute to the rescue of another chimpanzee. After the tour we stop for lunch before travelling to the Lowveld Botanical Gardens in Nelspruit. Situated on the banks of the Crocodile and Nels Rivers, the 159ha garden is home to around 600 plant species.
