Les Dunes D'ifaty main building is designed following a wide-open-style structure, the roofing being supported by large pillars, with a seven meter high tree in the center. The building accommodates the reception desk, the baggage-handling area, the bar with a library corner, the restaurant, a covered terrace. An outdoor patio serves as an extension to the restaurant. The bar is designed in modern contemporary style, with rattan sofas, fabrics and rosewood furniture, along with traditional Malagasy carvings and curios. The restaurant is furnished as well in rosewood.

It is a typical Malagasy style design with generous luminosity. The restaurant offers International cuisine with seafood and tropical fruits as season specialties. They always have local cuisine on offer as well.
