Located on the Resort's private island of Ile aux Chats, the luxurious, two-bedroom Presidential Suite features spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and the lagoon. The covered patio with adjoining swimming pool and daybed offer the perfect private escape.
A meal in this stunning open-air setting overlooking the Resort's lagoon means contemporary Italian cuisine with an Italian wine list numbering in the hundreds. Seared local scallops and Vincisgrassi Lasagna (an adaptation of a 15th century recipe) are among the highlights, while slightly more informal items such as pizza, antipasti, and grilled seafood also make an appearance. A beautiful and earthy eatery on the Resort's lagoon.
Food sizzles and corks fly in this open-concept kitchen, a contemporary grill with intimate settings for both indoor and outdoor dining. Three outdoor pavillions can be set aside for private dining by the water. Whether you’re part of a big group or dining as a couple, you’ll want to try dishes like the Grilled Angus Beef Burger, “Rossini” Duck Foie Gras & Truffle Glaze and the Wagyu Beef with River Prawns followed by a Banana “Speed” Flambé.
Thatched roofs offer cooling shade at this poolside restaurant, which serves up fresh seafood and Pan-Asian cuisine in a relaxed environment. Lunch takes on an international flair, with sushi specialties, wok dishes, pizza, sandwiches and grills, while dinner is an ever-changing line-up of themed buffets and tempting à la carte dishes, such as crab and palm heart gratin, rougaille Creole mahimahi, and papaya and cinnamon crumble.
Take a break from the fairway and retreat to Le Club, a handsomely appointed eatery located next to the course's 18th hole. Open to both Golfers and guests, it's the ideal place to sample dishes both hearty and light while recapping the day's events or latest round of golf.
Finish a meal at nearby Beau Champ, then stop by this cozy but sophisticated spot overlooking the lagoon and the Resort's private island.
With waterskiing and all non-motorized watersports complimentary to guests, why not master a new skill? The protected lagoon waters provide a fantastic learning area, and there’s plenty of choice to keep all ages happy. Additionally, there are complimentary excursions from the Boathouse twice a day for both snorkeling tours and glass-bottom boat trips.
Immersed in the serenity of lush tropical gardens, the Resort's state-of-the-art fitness centre offers a calm oasis for the fitness enthusiast, with a semi-Olympic lap pool, Technogym equipment, Powerplate, spinning, rowing machines and a boxing area. Complimentary classes provide expert Four Seasons guidance in jogging, water aerobics, circuit training, stretching, spinning and other activities.
Players of all levels can enjoy the resort's two Astro Wimbledon synthetic grass tennis courts. Equipment is available at the Fitness Centre, where lessons can also be arranged with a professional tennis coach, including private and semi-private lessons, weekly clinics, vigorous drill sessions and more.
The free-form California-edge pool overflows into the infinity-edge pool, located on the Resort's private island of Ile aux Chats, facing the picturesque turquoise lagoon. With the breathtaking effect of floating above the lagoon, the infinity-edge pool is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing swim while appreciating the beautiful view of the ocean and nearby islands.
Set against the Indian Ocean, the Spa is a natural, hypnotic haven where an infusion of Afro-Indian cultures combine to revitalize guests through a blend of therapies that are as diverse as Mauritius itself.
The Golf Club offers a driving range, putting green, Pro Shop, complimentary one-hour initiations, rental of clubs and shoes, plus easy access to the Resort's Le Club restaurant. Golf, including use of a GPS fitted golf buggy and a pyramid of Callaway balls for the driving range, is complimentary for guests of the Resort.
