Rasoi by Vineet
Rasoi by Vineet features the contemporary Indian cuisine of Vineet Bhatia, whose Michelin-starred London Chelsea restaurant was named "Indian Restaurant of the Year" just a year after it opened. Located along the water's edge, the restaurant enjoys a magnificent natural setting, with views of the green sugarcane-clad mountains and the private lagoon. Dining at Rasoi by Vineet is a multi-sensory experience, from the atmospheric tropical fans and bespoke chill-out music to the delectable aromas from the wood-fired oven and open Tandoor. The lunch menu offers a relaxed mix of “Pizzaans”, wraps, Dosas, salads, grills and an Indian ‘Mezzeh’ in tapas-sized portions. Iced-teas, fruit lassis and detox fruit smoothies - the perfect accompaniments to lunch. A constantly changing Tasting Menu whets the appetite; and the dazzling A La Carte menu includes Vineet’s interpretations of classic Indian dishes. La Terrasse
Surrounding the pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean, La Terrasse offers an eclectic variety of local and international specialties. Breakfast offers a sumptuous buffet featuring eggs cooked to order, waffles/crepes, fresh baked breads, freshly ground coffees and vanilla-flavoured Mauritian tea as well as healthy fare including smoothies and yoghurts. Lunch follows with a choice of fresh local fish and seafood complemented with Asian-inspired specialties. In the shade of its thatched-roof, The Pool Bar is the ideal watering hole for guests taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or basking in the sun nearby. By day, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are served around the bar, whilst at night it is a wonderful place to gather and sip an Indian Ocean Pearl.
Golf Club Bar
Drinks, including the 'Green Island Fragrance' cocktail, are available all day, and the lunchtime menu includes sandwiches and salads.
