There are two fabulous restaurants. La Terrasse is on the roof of the palace and serves breakfast and dinner. L'Amandier is located on the hotel terrace with stunning views of the old medina of Fes. The dinner cuisine is rich in flavors and respects the traditional Fassi cuisine.
The Oriental Spa is 400 sm. It features a traditional hammam, two scrub rooms, three luxury cabins for massages and treatments, hairdresser and facial care, and a rest room around a central patio with a tisanerie for herbal tea and infusions.
