Dar Les Cigognes is a luxury boutique hotel. Created from two riads, traditional Arab courtyard houses connected by a bridge over a small alleyway, a stay with us offers a rare glimpse into the past, with all the comfort and luxury of a modern boutique hotel.
From the fabulous roof terraces you can clearly see the Atlas Mountains, with their snow-capped peaks. The minaret of the Koutoubia mosque glows in the distance. The parapets of three Royal Palaces are all easily visible from the terraces.
There are just eleven rooms at Dar Les Cigognes, ensuring personal service, a true boutique hotel. Each room follows a unique design theme, drawn from the rich artistic tradition of Morocco.

We serve a wide range of Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes, in the traditional way. We use natural, local, fresh ingredients, and prepare everything in the traditional way, by hand. At Dar Les Cigognes, we bake all our own bread and make our own pastries. We do an a la carte lunch and dinner, and can do many special dishes to order. Traditional Moroccan breakfast, with a range of freshly made Moroccan breads, pancakes, and pastries, served with honey, a variety of jams, unforgettably delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a choice of tea or coffee. At Dar Les Cigognes, we take pride in the excellence of our cuisine, and assure you that you will be hard-pressed to find a better Moroccan meal in Marrakech. We are also happy to provide guests with recipes of dishes we prepare, so that you can try them again sometime at home. Please ask for a copy of our cook book if you are interested.
