Ideally located in the middle of the ancient medina, accessible by car and just 10 minutes from the Jemaa El Fna square at the entrance souks.

Demeures offers an intimate restaurant with patio and serves Moroccan, Oriental and International cuisine. Our breakfast is prepared in Moroccan tradition which can be served in your room, in the soft light of the patio or the sun terrace.
Hammam-Jacuzzi area is designed in the pure oriental tradition. Ritual Royal Moroccan Hammam in the eucalyptus steam, massage with four hands, tonic or relaxing facial reflexology, with care provided by a beautician and two masseuses, using only natural products based on Argan and Sensual oil. There is a pool onsite that is heated in the winter as well as a panoramic terrace.
