Chobe Savanna Lodge

Situated in the Eastern Caprivi of Namibia, a peninsula on the northern bank of the Chobe River, Chobe Savanna Lodge overlooks the vast floodplains of the Chobe National Park's Puku Flats.  Set in a classic African savanna environment with sweeping vistas, the focal point of the lodge is a thatched open sided lodge which commands a 270 degree view over the Chobe River and beyond to the Chobe National Park. The lodge accommodates just 24 guests to ensure your stay is as private and personal as possible and focuses oncomplete relaxtion and solace.  The lodges consist of stylish thatched chalets, all with private decks, a combined bedroom / lounge area and en-suite bathrooms. All activities are conducted by residental professional guides, whose intimate knowledge will make for an unforgettable experience.  Guests have a choice of boat excursions, ideal for close up encounters with wildlife along the rivers edge.

    Chalet

    The lodge accommodates just 24 guests in stylish thatched chalets, all with private decks, a combined bedroom / lounge area and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and have complimentary mini bars. Facilities include a swimming pool, gazebo ideal for small group lunches and an open boma area (place of eating), on the banks of the Chobe River, where guests are treated to panoramic views.

    The huge main thatch and timber building, houses the lounge, library and dining room, which are furnished and decorated with a blend of inspirations from Asia and the America’s. Within this open-sided structure, is a game viewing bar, which boasts uninterrupted views over the Chobe River and beyond.
