Namibia is known for its contrasting landscapes this discovery trip is the perfect example of it. The Sossusvlei, Namibia's famous highlight in the heart of the Namib Desert, is a huge clay pan, enclosed by giant sand dunes. Some of the spectacular hills of sand are at a height of 300 metres which make them the highest in the world. Having your own private guide allows you to visit Sossusvlei during the best time of the day. You'll witness the incredible colours which are constantly changing at sunrise and sunset, allowing for wonderful photographic opportunities. You can also enjoy exhilarating game drives & wilderness walks exploring the grass plains and red sand dune belts of the NamibRand Nature Reserve. See rare wildlife like the oryx antelope and mountain zebra. Your next stop is the coastal town of Swakopmund where you'll explore the area by sea as you search for bottlenosed dolphin.
