La Colombe Luke Dale-Roberts was appointed executive chef of this award-winning restaurant in November 2006. La Colombe was voted Best Restaurant in Africa and the Middle East and 28th Best Restaurant in the World in 2006 by UK Restaurant Magazine. It didn’t take long for the word to spread that a serious new chef was in town, building on the reputation for excellence and innovation. Luke continues La Colombe’s proud tradition, and has taken it to the next level, serving Classic and Modern French Cuisine with touches of Asia. Constantia Uitsig Chef Clayton Bell builds on the indelible legacy of chef extraordinaire, Frank Swainston. The menu’s focus remains the robust flavours of Italy with forays into exotic Asia. Frank and Clayton believe that consistency is a key factor in the restaurant’s ongoing popularity. “Don’t over-complicate food, and don’t mess with good quality ingredients. I’ve been here for 13 years, and Uitsig is my second family.” River Cafe This delightf
