Rothman Manor offers three thatched houses in the famous Cape Dutch architecture, going back to 1834. Swellendam is situated on the N2, half way between Cape Town and George. Swellendam, in the heart of the Overberg, lies on the beautiful Langeberg mountains. It is the third oldest settlement in South Africa with many charming historical buildings and vast surroundings. Ammenities that are icluded an an outdoor jacuzzi game viewing on site, lounge and library area, complimentary Wifi access, laundry service, koi pond and water features, complimentary ipad, large saltwater pool, excellent restaurants nearby and a lotus flower dam.
The Cozy room has twin-beds, shower only, air-condition, patio with view to pool and Eco-reserve.
The loft suite is 90 sqm, separate lounge, own kitchen, king-size bed, air-condition and ceiling fan, separate shower and spa-bath, balcony with view to pool area, mountain view from the lounge.
The luxury room is 50 sqm, twin-beds, air-condition, separate shower and bath, patio with view to large pond and Eco-reserve.
The standard room has twin or king beds, aircondition, separate shower and bath, patio with view to pool and Eco-reserve.
Full breakfasts are catered by the hotel on site. They can either be delivered in-room or enjoy your breakfast on the outdoor patio or dinning area.
Ther is a large salt water pool and outdoor jacuzzi on the property.
Zebras and springboks roam the area while you relax on site.
On the property there is a relaxing Koi pond with water features as well as a seperate lotus flower dam.
