Gora Hanaougi's hot spring facilities are all supplied with water directly from a fountainhead and not recycled. Their alkaline spring water is relatively unique among the hot springs in Hakone, and keeps guests' body warm after their bath and helps maintain beautiful, smooth skin. Besides a private outdoor bath in each room, there are separate public baths for men and women, each have two outdoor baths and one spacious indoor bath so that they can enjoy different atmosphere. They also provide a wide variety of toiletries (bathroom amenity) for women.
