• Alu Alu Seafood Restaurant

The Alu Alu Seafood Restaurant is perched above the water in its own special corner of the resort. Alu-Alu's overwater seating presents a prime opportunity to enjoy a calm sea breeze and the gentle lapping of waves as you savour a feast of some of the country's finest Chinese seafood. The recipes are prepared from ingredients taken from their own organic fish farm, ensuring a dining experience that offers only the freshest seafood. Located by the resort's swimming pool, Macac allows you to enjoy any of a variety of exciting dishes as you laze by the water. Be sure to try our special pizzas, made in the restaurant's very own wood-fired oven, with unique ingredients and flavours that take the classic Italian dish in a decidedly different but delicious direction.
