• Deluxe Room

Adjoining bathrooms are equally enticing, fashioned from granite and fitted with a walk-in shower and stand-alone bath. Some deluxe rooms also offer access to a private balcony.

• Premier Ocean Room

The Premier Ocean rooms offer stunning views of some of Singapore’s most famous sites, including Benjamin Sheares Bridge and the Singapore Flyer. Using a soft and soothing neutral colour palette, natural elements have been incorporated into the design with textured ivory cloth on the walls and a twig motif on the bedspread. Fusing contemporary style with Oriental influences, each room displays Asian artwork alongside elegant wood furnishing and a beautiful marble topped desk. The glass-enclosed bathrooms have separate baths and walk-in showers with wood-panelled vanity areas.

• Premier Harbour Room

With floor to ceiling windows, each premier harbour room offers breathtaking views of Marina Bay and the famous city skyline. Designed with a sense of understated luxury, décor fuses rich silks and elegant artwork with contemporary furnishings such as marble-topped desks and polished wood panels. Separated from bedrooms by a glass panel fitted with Venetian blinds, the bathrooms are equally enticing with large baths, walk-in showers and wood panelled vanity areas.

• Mandarin Grand Room

Overlooking the city skyline, the Mandarin Grand room offers a luxurious design enhanced with the highest levels of comfort. Every guest can enjoy the benefit of having a private balcony, where they can enjoy a drink while watching night fall over the city. A generous seating area equipped with a comfortable sofa lies adjacent to a large working space with marble-topped desk, making each room perfect for both leisure and business travellers. Lying adjacent to the bedroom is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath and a wood panelled vanity area.

• Ocean Grand Room

The Ocean Grand room, the most spacious room does not only have a fluid open-plan layout incorporating a large seating area, but also have a private balcony where guests can gaze over uninterrupted views of the city and South China Sea. Designed with contemporary Oriental flair, interiors have a deeply comfortable feel with plush patterned carpets, a selection of elegant wood furnishings and beautiful Asian ornaments. Dividing the sleeping and seating areas is a large marble-topped desk, which offers space to work or read. Equipped with a walk-in shower, separate bath and elegant dual vanity area, the bathroom offers an impressive retreat to relax and refresh.

• Dolce Vita

Enjoy a relaxed, convivial atmosphere at Dolce Vita, where they put a uniquely modern twist on the alluring flavours of authentic Italian cuisine. Michelin-starred chef Marco Pedrelli, who hails from some of Europe’s finest restaurants, is passionate about retaining the true spirit of traditional Italian cuisine. Freshness of produce and the finest seasonal ingredients have always been of paramount importance for Chef Marco and he translates them into delicious daily creations. Providing the perfect backdrop for the cuisine is Dolce Vita’s elegant, minimalist décor, which features comfortable wooden chairs with yellow and white striped cushions, linen covered tables and a large open kitchen. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows opening up to views over the stylish pool area, Dolce Vita has a light, sun-kissed ambience to complement the wonderful menu.

• Cherry Garden

One of the most beautiful restaurants in Singapore, Cherry Garden offers an eclectic menu of Cantonese cuisine, presented with artistic modern flair. Entered via a striking antique doorway, the restaurant has been designed according to Feng Shui. Cherry Garden uses fresh, seasonal produce, the menu changes regularly but always offers authentic Cantonese dishes. A varied wine list features a balanced selection of old and new world wines specially selected to match the menu. A wide selection of Chinese teas is also available. In addition to the main dining area, there are three private dining rooms; Lotus, Jasmine and Bamboo.

• Melt-The World Cafe

Melt-The World Cafe is an all-day restaurant that offers an imaginative dining experience showcasing chefs at work in show kitchens to provide a multi-cultural culinary feast. With both a la carte and buffet options and diversity of cuisines on offer, MELT, offers a truly unique dining experience.

Serving mouth-watering prime aged beef and delicious, fresh seafood, Morton’s is one of the world’s best-loved restaurant groups. With its elegant image and superlative reputation, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore was chosen by Morton’s as the venue for its first restaurant outside the United States. Offering a classic American dining experience, guests can expect a wonderfully relaxed ambience and a tempting menu featuring grain-fed aged beef, succulent seafood and classic steakhouse dishes. Overlooking some of Singapore's most famous landmarks, Bay@5 is the outdoor lounge. Its chic poolside setting invites guests to relax on soft sofas and comfortable chairs under white canopies while taking in the stunning views.
