The 23-story Shilla Hotel has 465 guestrooms with mountain or city views. All offer signature bedding with goose-down comforters and cotton covers. Further amenities include wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge), complimentary use of mobile phones that are linked to guestroom telephones (communication charges not included), and satellite TVs with premium channels including CNN International, BBC World, CNN FN, Star TV/Music (V), MBN, SBS Golf, and MGM. Bathroom amenities, such as hair dryers, bathrobes, and cotton swabs are found in the ensuite bathrooms with separate shower and tub.

The Shilla offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including a fitness center with 258 pieces of aerobic and weight equipment, outdoor and indoor 25-meter (82-foot) swimming pools, a 25-meter (82-foot) diameter children’s pool, and an indoor golf range with five teeing grounds covering 27.5 meters (30 yards). Professional trainers are on hand to offer coaching and advice. Two jogging tracks, of 1.8 km (one mile) and three km (1.8 miles), have been mapped through a forested section of the mountain on the hotel grounds. Aerobic and yoga programs are also offered. Solar, steam, and dry sauna rooms, as well as a spa tub and a calcium carbonate artificial spa, are available. An anti-aging clinic, a branch of La Clinique de Paris, offers customized programs for health enhancement.
