It is housed in a two-story mansion built in a typically Sino-Portuguese style dating back to the mid-19th century. Heading the restaurant is a Chinese-born, whose legendary dim sum is served each day at lunch in customary bamboo steamers on large, circular tables. The menu offers an abundance of Chinese regional cooking styles, while not omitting classic dishes such as Beijing Duck, or the more spicy cuisine from Sichuan province.

The Dheva Spa and Wellness Center is a palatial 3,100 square meter sanctuary embellished with ornate moldings and sculptures depicting sacred animals or symbolic Buddhist motifs, loyally recreated by 150 Chiang Mai artisans from the original Burmese template in Mandalay, Myanmar. To complete, the entire structure took over three and a half years to complete. The Dheva Spa and Wellness Center proudly offers a broad variety of European, Asian, and North African relaxation therapies as well Indian holistic treatments based on Ayurveda, from the Sanskrit meaning 'science of life'.
