    Thailand attracts many visitors craving authentic Thai food. For over fifteen years, Boathouse has taught thousands of curious, gourmet-minded guests how to prepare the most delectable Thai dishes, spiced according to whether you like it hot or not. Thai cooking classes at Boathouse are small and hands-on. Their Thai chef discusses and demonstrates how to cook the Thai recipes she learned from her mother. Students follow along then taste their creations. Every Wednesday and weekend from 10am until 2pm, Boathouse welcomes budding chefs among guests to learn the technique and tips for cooking authentic Thai fare. Classes in the oceanfront restaurant include a Thai lunch at Boathouse Wine & Grill as well as a souvenir Boathouse apron, Thai recipes, and your certificate of successful completion.
