Launched in mid 2006, the wooden junk that combines classic beauty with modern comfort. The custom-designed junk features three decks that house an elegant restaurant, lounge, two bars, a small boutique, library and ten luxurious sleeping cabins. With so much space, passengers can truly unwind.
A lengthy 55 meters from bow to stern and measuring an impressive 11 meters wide, Halong Jasmine can accommodate 80 passengers at any one time across four luxurious decks, with an overnight capacity of 48. The attention to detail and quality of design is apparent in every inch of this newly-built junk, artfully marrying space, rich 1930s Indochina-style wooden décor and exquisite ornamentation throughout its air-conditioned bedrooms, restaurant, bars and communal spaces.
Fitted out in the 1930's Indochine style, the Halong jasmine features 22 spacious cabins, and two special jasmine Suites with their own jacuzzi & balcony for uninterrupted views of the bay. All the rooms are equipped with panoramic windows, air-conditioning, in house phone, linen bedding, a glass standing shower with deluxe amenities, mini bar, wardrobe and a complimentary cotton bath robe.

A pleasant ambiance, attentive staff and great views make the restaurant the perfect place to sample the exotic delights of Vietnamese cuisine. Guests can look forward to lavish international breakfast buffets, casual, sit-down lunches of Vietnamese dishes, and formal dinners with delectable fusion cuisine. All dishes are prepared to please both the eye and the palate. Special BBQ dinners are served on the Sundeck on weekends, or upon a group’s request.
Jasmine Spa with 2 massage rooms and maximum seaview, aroma of aloe, jasmine scent will offer a wide variety of treatments and massages to help nurture the body, mind and spirit during the time in the Halong Jasmine. At sunset, slip into a kayak or board a bamboo row boat to explore water tunnels and discover pristine coral reef in a scenic lagoon setting. Once back on board the ship, watch the shimmering sun slip down the sky as guests sip expertly-blended cocktails as an aperitif for Jasmine’s extravagant evening meal.
