The Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa offers the finest dining available in Sapa. The Ta Van Restaurant's Chef, Alain Nguyen, studied the culinary arts under the training of celebrity chef Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris. His fine cuisine blends unique ingredients from the Sapa region to create exciting international dishes with a French and Vietnamese flair. The Ta Van Restaurant has a large central fireplace and spectacular mountain views from the terrace. The restaurant offers a variety of European and Asian cuisines with Cheese Fondue as a specialty. In the summer months you may dine on the terrace, with a view over Mount Fansipan.
A separate garden leisure wing contains a heated indoor pool (14x10m / 46x32 ft), a juice bar, a sauna, gym and a revamped spa (with hammams and new wooden bathtubs). Pampering treatments include baths infused with local oils and plants, plus a high-pressure water massage.
Mountain trekking is the most exciting and interesting activity, exploring the mountain villages. Russian jeeps (3 seats), and mini buses (15 seats) are available with drivers.
