Travel through Chinatown, Darling Harbour, and the nightlife district of Kings Cross. Travel via Watson Bay and stop at “The Gap”, for fantastic views and photo opportunities before arriving at world famous Bondi Beach. Return to the city, passing the exclusive suburbs of Double Bay and Rose Bay. The Harbour Bridge toll is AUD 5 (not included).
Sydney Seaplanes will take you a mere 20 minutes flying time from the hustle and bustle of Sydney to the exquisitely tranquil and award winning Cottage Point Inn. This beautiful restaurant is perched on the water’s edge in the heart of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and is renowned for offering exceptional modern Australian cuisine. Upon landing the aircraft will be taxied to the restaurant’s seaplane dock, where Cottage Point Inn’s friendly staff offers a warm welcome and any number of great Australian wines. After a leisurely 3 course à la carte lunch re-board your seaplane and return to Sydney Harbour. To top off a magical afternoon you will be offered an incredible photo opportunity flying a circuit over the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, before landing at Rose Bay. The flight departs 11.30 a.m. (12.30 noon in winter) & 1.30 p.m (summer only) and returns at 3.30 p.m. (4.30 p.m. in winter).
A trip to Sydney is not complete without a visit to the world class wineries of the Hunter Valley. We wind our way through the leafy Northern Suburbs, and then escape through the brilliant sandstone outcrops of Ku-ring-gai National Park to reach the mighty Hawkesbury River. We stop for a traditional Aussie morning tea deep in the bush and then continue on to the historic township of Wollombi, famous for its local brew called Dr Jurd’s Jungle Juice.From Mt View we descend into the Hunter Valley and begin our wine tasting at a few of the very special boutique wineries in the area. We chat to the owners, admire their cottage locations and let them show off the best of their vintages. At the foothills of the Broken Back Range, we enjoy a sumptuous lunch and then spend the afternoon visiting some of the larger vineyards for more superb wine tasting. As the afternoon approaches we return to Sydney via the scenic freeway to conclude this relaxing and enjoyable day

After arriving at Longitude 131° and settling in, meet in the Dune House for a 3.00 p.m. departure to the Cultural Centre where you learn about the cultural and spiritual meanings of Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Afterwards travel to Uluru, where you take a short walk into Kantju Gorge. On arrival at the gorge refreshments will be served 'inside' Uluru while you can watch the sunset. Return to Longitude 131° at approximately 7.15 p.m. On your return, relax in the Dune House over pre-dinner drinks and canapés before enjoying a gourmet dinner with your fellow travelers or for a special occasion a private dinner by the pool or on the Dune Top.
Depart Longitude 131° at 6.00 a.m. bound for Kata Tjuta. Upon arrival you begin your journey with a guided tour of Walpa Gorge, where the natural history of Kata Tjuta is explained in great detail. Learn how eons of weathering and continental upheaval have created what is seen today. Return to Longitude 131° at approximately 10.00 a.m. Spend your afternoon at leisure or take the opportunity to enjoy any of the optional tours, such as a camel ride, Harley ride or helicopter tour over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Enjoy sunset drinks and canapés on the Dune Top from 6.00 p.m. You then transfer to the outdoor dining venue, where you have an unforgettable dining experience under the stars. Return to the Dune House for complimentary after dinner drinks.

Today you will be collected from your accommodation at approximately 8.00 a.m. for a full day walk within the ancient Beech forest of the Mount Aspiring National Park. Start the tour with a scenic drive to the northern end of Lake Wakatipu and into the Routeburn Valley. The high snow-capped mountains provide a magnificent backdrop for the walk up this beautiful river valley. A journey along the edge of the lake from Queenstown, to the head of Lake Wakatipu is the ideal preparation for the splendour of the world-famous Routeburn Track. The walk begins amongst the towering trees of the ancient Beech forest, making route gradually through blankets of forest moss and ferns. The woodland eventually parts to reveal the rich grassland of Routeburn Flats, overlooked on all sides by cloud-scraping mountains, some so high they have permafrost and small glaciers. These flats provide the perfect location to enjoy a well-earned lunch, before heading to the next stop at Routeburn Falls. The tour takes approximately 9 hours with a walking time of 3 to 5 hours (optional). The distance is 16 kilometers on an easy hiking path. The group size is varying between 2 to 6 participants per guide. Please wear closed toe trainers or boots (no sandals or jandals), a hat, sunscreen, insect repellant, waterproof/windproof/warm clothing for changeable weather and a small daypack. And remember to bring you camera and a smile!
Commence the days touring after being picked up by a coach, travelling alongside Lake Wakatipu and through the countryside to Te Anau. Continue along the picturesque Milford Road to Milford Sound, which takes approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival to the wharf, board the ship to enjoy a scenic cruise around Milford Sound, providing spectacular visuals including local wildlife, rainforests, mountains and waterfalls. Lunch is provided on board. Following the cruise, depart back to Queenstown by flight and enjoy the scenery by air (weather permitting). The trips departs at 6.55 a.m. and returns at 4 p.m.

The Banks Peninsula was formed following the violent eruptions of two volcanoes. A crater nurses the picturesque harbour of Akaroa with many smaller bays indenting the coastline. Sighted by Captain Cook in 1770, the Peninsula was then inhabited by Maori. In 1840 French settlers arrived at Akaroa, which had just been claimed under the Treaty of Waitangi by the English. The charm of this old French town with incredible scenery encountered on the way, have assured Akaroa’s popularity as a unique destination. "We had the best time you could imagine and it was all based on your planning-thank-you so so much!!
Every hotel was located just where we would have wanted-all so lovely and we loved the buffet breakfasts!! The Grace is a beautiful hotel and everyone was very helpful-we could walk to the main areas and Darling Harbor and we just loved being in Sydney-Norm even got in a game of golf!! Every tour was wonderful. We are so glad you switched us from the large bus Blue Mountain tour to the boutique tour-we heard others talk of the Blue Mountain tour in that it was a long drive, crowded and they did not seem to have a great day. We LOVED our boutique tour-we had a super driver (Cliff)who really really tried to find every animal in the wild he could-we saw kangaroos, emu, wombats and even a koala-it was a wonderful day-we got back about 11;30 pm and because of that we saw so many of the nocturnal animals-he was so accommodating-just a great day!!
The Pullman in Cairns was just gorgeous-and we could walk to the water-we had a perfect(calm!!) day on the reef and we loved the trip to the rainforest-all in all a wonderful few days there. Our weather for the whole trip was also perfect!!! How did you do that!!??!!
We thank-you so much, Louise, for helping us-you take full credit for this holiday and we so often spoke of you there “thanks to Louise for another great day” we would say!! Every tour worked out perfectly-the flights were just great and the timing super-and we really felt you listened to what we ‘thought ‘ we wanted to do and you just seemed to know what would be right for us. We packed some Canada pins and tee shirts and gave them to our tour drivers and they seemed to love that!!
We came home happy and relaxed and so thankful-I will send you a few pictures for certain.
