Superb trip, and as mentioned earlier, kudos to Louise Baer for her outstanding work and for patiently putting up with me and all my calls and questions.

  • Edith R. — May 19, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

We had a wonderful experience with Kensington Tours from the planning stages with your very helpful agent Aseem Mahajan, to the very friendly meet and greet services at each airport. The hotels fit our needs perfectly and the tours were fun and interesting with guides that were exuberant and loved showing us Australia. Thank You for a truly grand family experience.

  • Jim M. — May 18, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

    Excellent tour.

  • Jennifer A. — May 12, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

Thank you Kensington Tours and Kevin Rowland for organizing this much needed trip for our family! I had read several positive reviews for Kensington Tours, but I didn't expect the level of service that we received. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless. Each tour/excursion was led by a knowledgeable, personable and entertaining guide.

  • Diane F. — May 18, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

This is the second trip that we worked with Kensington to help plan and it was, like the first one, fantastic. The logistics were flawless and the help in planning was smooth and professional. From start to finish the process was fun. The trip was spectacular and we look forward to working with the Kensington team again on our next trip. Thank you

  • Holly W. — May 18, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

One of the highlights of our trip is how smoothly our activities for every day went. Having Kensington make arrangements in all the right places gave us time to relax and enjoy the trip.

  • Anne B. — May 18, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

Wendy was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating during the planning of our trip to New Zealand. Our guides were always there and very knowledgeable and professional. We would certainly ask Kensington to help us plan another trip for us.

  • Jack F. — May 18, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. From our first email from Daniel until the time we arrived home everything went flawlessly. We spent 10 days in Australia and an additional 21 days in New Zealand accompanying a camping caravan from England. Kensington arranged all of our flights and all of our activities in Australia. We were met at the hotel door by all of our guides and tours. Each experience was great. We would not change a thing.

  • Carmen M. — May 13, 2016 — Australia & Pacific

    Everything was well organized.
