The menu features a selection of Mediterranean tapas style dishes, salads, sandwiches, steaks, pastas, burgers and fish and chips.

For the Anangu people, the moon or, pira, is a guide through the seasons. At Sails in the Desert Pira is a sun-kissed, poolside setting for casual dining or a relaxed holiday cocktail. A menu of Mediterranean, tapas style dishes and classic Australian steaks, burgers and fish and chips delights. A Children’s menu is available. The bar is open for light meals or drinks from 10.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. and seasonally for dinner.
