Arajilla Restaurant

Arajilla Restaurant has some of the best food on the Island which is mainly due to Chef Dennis. He believes a good menu is all about clever, inventive responses to local fresh ingredients. That's why Arajilla's menu changes every day. The restaurant bakes its own bread and uses the best ingredients around - artisan cheeses, pasture-fed meats and free-range eggs. The fresh vegetables and herbs come from the hotel’s own veggie patch. Living on the Island means a constant supply of fresh fish like local Yellowfin Tuna and Kingfish are readily available. If you've been out fishing and caught your own supper, Chef Dennis will prepare it for you.
