• R50 Executive Room

Spacious and contemporary, Executive Rooms have a minimum of 50 square metres and offer exceptional comfort. The bedroom features a king bed and adjoining ensuite with shower. The separate lounge connects to the private balcony. Each Executive Room has its own galley bar with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. Two of these rooms are equipped with facilities for disabled persons.

Deluxe Rooms have a minimum of 55 square metres – each is impeccably appointed with a separate lounge, leading on to the private balcony. Bathrooms have a bath with shower above. The galley bar has a selection food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. One Deluxe Room is equipped with facilities for disabled persons.

• R80 Deluxe Two Bedroom

Spacious and contemporary with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Deluxe Two Bedroom may be configured as two king size beds or a king and twin. The Deluxe room has a separate lounge area, arranged with sofa, arm-chairs and dining table and a balcony. It has a Galley Bar with gourmet selections, Convection Microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Deluxe Two Bedrooms are 80m2.

• S55 Deluxe One Bedroom Suite

Looking towards Kings Park & Botanical Garden, these elegant one bedroom suites offer at least 55 square metres of comfortable and spacious accommodation. Each has a king size bed, lounge and large balcony. Bathrooms have separate bath and shower. Each suite has iPod docking station, galley bar with gourmet food and beverage and a Nespresso coffee machine. The Deluxe One Bedroom Suites are 55m2.

• S80 Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite

Located on the sixth or seventh floor - Spacious and contemporary with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - two king size beds. The room has a separate lounge area, arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table and a balcony. Each suite offers iPod docking station, Galley Bar with gourmet selections, Convection Microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Deluxe Two Bedroom Suites are 80m2.

• P75 Sandalwood Suite

Features one bedroom, with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with seperate bath and shower, as well as a lounge arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. It has a Galley Bar stocked with a selection of food and beverages, convection microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate study with desk and sofabed which can accommodate an additional family member. The Sandalwood Suite is 75m2.

• P85 Tuart Suite

The Tuart Suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring king and twin beds. The separate lounge area is arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. This suite has a Galley Bar that is stocked with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. The Tuart Suite is 85m2.

• P85 Jarrah Suite and Marri Suite

These two suites are very similar, with 85 square metres each, featuring two bedrooms, with king and twin beds, and two bathrooms. Each has separate lounge areas, arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. These suites have galley bars stocked with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine.

• P100 Karri Suite

The Karri Suite has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, featuring king and twin beds - it also has a separate lounge area arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. It has a galley bar, stocked with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate study with desk and sofabed which can accommodate an additional family member. The Karri Suite is 100m2.

• P100 Karri Suite

The largest of the penthouse suites, The Kings Park Suite, has views across to the magnificent King's Park & Botanic Gardens, located 400 metres from the hotel. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/dining area and seperate study - it also has a galley bar stocked with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. The Kings Park Suite is 170m2.
