The restaurant’s fusion menu combines Italian, French, Pacific and Japanese influences and provides you with a novel culinary experience. Dinner here is a semi-formal affair, with several three-course meals on offer. During the day, the eatery presents lighter fare such as burgers, coffee and sandwiches.
North Beach Buffet Area or the Mamanuca Restaurant is also the venue for the daily American Breakfast Buffet. BBQ lunch and themed dinner buffets featuring European, Fijian, Indian and Asian cuisine are offered daily.
Located at the Family pool, this Cafe serves great snacks, cool smoothies, specialty hot and cold coffee and selected pastries for something light and quick around the pool.
Providing enviable views of the Pacific Ocean together with her soothing sounds the Lounge Bar is an oasis to catch up for a drink and more. In the evenings things quickly gather momentum with the staging of live performances featuring enthralling activities such as Fijian and Polynesian cultural dance shows. On Sundays until 11pm, our house DJ and guests can also join in the fun of Karaoke.

Aqua Trek Mana is a PADI Gold Palm Resort dive operation that accommodates both beginners and competent divers. Take the plunge at world class dive sites such as Barrel Head a spectacular coral pinnacle with sheer walls and overhangs of hard and soft corals, Gotham City a home to batfish, and The Supermarket the site of our world famous shark encounter, all available from Mana Island Resort & Spa.
The ‘Tu Vonu’ Kids Club (FJD 25 per child per stay) is a great club to leave the little ones. Open for 3 different sessions during the day, the children get to experience the Fijian culture, nature walks and traditional games. The club is centrally located and has a playground. Once a month kids also get to join in the ‘Environment Day’ whereby they would learn more about our natural surroundings and they may participate in either planting trees or planting coral as part of the coral regeneration program.
Activities available on hotel grounds are also moments that provide enriching experiences and displays of local culture. how Grass skirt making, weaving, bush walks, nightly entertainment and Meke dance shows, Polynesian dance shows and choir performances are available for guests. Also, Ta Tavu is taught, the ‘Tavu’ is an ancient outdoor Fiji-style grill over charcoal using seawater, along with lemons, chillies, onions, capsicum and tomatoes, the result is a delicate blend of flavors that makes a delicious meal.
