With your private guide, depart from your hotel and head to Nosara Beach for 2 hours of private surfing lessons. The theoretical portion of the lesson will cover essential water safety. You’ll delve into the ethics of surfing, paddling techniques and how to duck under waves. It is important that as a beginner, you have all the information before going into the water. Once in the ocean, you'll apply what you've learned and have fun. For intermediate and advanced surfers, the focus will be on refining your technique and of course help you have fun on bigger waves.
