Day 1: Guanacaste Coast
Upon arrival you will be met by our local representative who will help you locate your vehicle.
Upon arriving at Recreo, your personal concierge will greet you at the Villa, introduce you to your personal chef and housekeeper, show you where everything is located, and get you settled in.
A welcome package with your vouchers, a city map, and any other touristic information that you may find useful will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
Family Welcome Package based on 2 parents with children. (2 parents + 1 child = 3 pax).
Enjoy the balance of your day exploring your surroundings, or perhaps simply relax by your private villa pool and soak in some warm rays.
Accommodation: Recreo Villa (4*) (Villa (2 bedroom)) A premium-class villa located in a private 63 acre estate, Recreo villas (1 - 5 bedrooms) offer the perfect option for an all-inclusive villa stay. Enjoy the mountain and bay views from the private balconies, relax by your private pool, and hang up your apron because you will have a pre-stocked fridge waiting as well as a dedicated chef and private full kitchen at your disposal during your stay! Each villa has been individually designed and hand built with spacious living spaces and dining area which are ideal for leisurely meals. A daily housekeeping service will tend to your air conditioned villa while you spend the day exploring or relaxing close by. Avail of the many complimentary activities such as tennis, kayaking, horse riding, mountain biking, tubing or snorkeling. Day 2: Guanacaste Coast
Wander down to the nearby beach - Playa Rajada, and enjoy relaxing on the white sandy beach, swimming in the warm waters, or cruising along the water using the kayaks which are available on a complimentary basis.
For lunch, enjoy a picnic basket for two and a romantic walk on the beach.
This afternoon your boat captain will arrive to show you the beautiful seascapes of the area. This private tour allows plenty of time for sightseeing, snorkeling together or just relaxing. Finish your trip taking in the beautiful sunset while you cruise home.

Day 3: Guanacaste Coast
Visit the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano for a full day of adventure. Relax at the Spa as you soak
in the thermal hot springs and volcanic mud baths together. Go horseback riding or hiking
through the forest to see the waterfalls. Zip-line across the canopies, and float along the Rio
Negro. You both can choose which activities you would like to participate in upon arrival.

Day 4: Guanacaste Coast
Wake up to the decadence of being served a champagne breakfast in bed this morning!
If you feel so inclined this morning, head out with one of the resort's instructors on horseback and explore the area.
Midafternoon play tennis, go kayaking or lounge around by the pool together.
End the day at the Mountain Top. A breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, bays, and volcanoes greet you upon arrival - a perfect destination to watch the sunset together.

Honeymoon
Day 5: Guanacaste Coast
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, or by the pool. Take the mountain bikes out for a ride,
or visit one of the local restaurants. Enjoy the fitness center and steam room together or
play tennis.
This afternoon, take pleasure in a couples therapeutic or relaxation massage in the privacy of your bungalow by the professional masseurs onsite.

Day 6: Guanacaste Coast
Spend the day as you wish - simply relaxing poolside at your villa, or on the beach. If you feel like exploring, there are lots of optional tours that you could take such as a private tour discovering historical cities in Nicaragua, visiting an organic farm, fishing from a local "panga", or zip lining. Please speak to your Sales Advisor if any of these options appeal and they can be added to your itinerary.

Day 7: Guanacaste Coast
Visit Playa Rajada and enjoy relaxing on the white sand beach, swimming in the warm
waters, or cruising along the water using the kayaks. Go snorkeling together and get an up
close view of the world beneath the waters off the shores of Playa Rajada and Playa Jobo.

Day 8: Guanacaste Coast
Spend your final morning relaxing before your onward journey.
At the end of your stay, you will be transferred back to Liberia Airport (approx. 1hr 15 mins) for your ongoing flight.
Your personal chauffeur will greet you mid-morning to bring you to the Liberia airport and to assist you with your luggage and checking in to your flight.
Please note that Costa Rica charges a departure tax of $26.00 per person which you will need to pay at the airport.

Travel tips of Costa Rica
VISA/PASSPORT
For entry into Costa Rica, U.S. and Canadian citizens must present valid passports that will not expire for at least thirty days after arrival, and a roundtrip/outbound ticket. Airlines should not permit passengers to board flights to Costa Rica without a roundtrip ticket unless they have Costa Rican residency or visa. Passports should be in good condition; Costa Rican immigration will deny entry if the passport is damaged in any way. Costa Rican authorities generally permit U.S. citizens to stay up to ninety days. Canadian citizens do not need to obtain visas for tourism stays of up to ninety days. Persons traveling to Costa Rica from some countries in South America and Sub-Saharan Africa must provide evidence of a valid yellow fever vaccination prior to entry. The South American countries include Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.
Please note obtaining a visa is your responsibility. These requirements change often and therefore it is best that you check with the Embassy of Costa Rica for the most up to date visa information.
HEALTH
Health insurance is recommended. Medical facilities are good quality but not widespread. We recommend that you see a health-care provider who specializes in Travel Medicine. The doctor or health-care provider will determine what vaccinations and medication you will need, depending on factors such as your health and immunization history, areas of the country you will be visiting, and planned activities. Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
