Hacienda Tayutic is different from a typical boutique hotel or beach resort experience in Costa Rica. Located in the lush Turrialba Valley next to the Irazu and Turrialba Volcanoes, the Hacienda is a great base for adventures and tours such as horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, Canopy Tours and Canyoning. Many guests use this as a base for whitewater rafting trips down the Pacuare River and then connect to the Caribbean coast to Tortuguero National Park. The Hotel is outstanding for honeymoon or small weddings in a mountain setting.
Hacienda Tayutic offers 5 guestrooms, 2 triples and 3 doubles . Rooms feature mountain or garden views. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided along with phones and in-room safes. Coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include showers, makeup/shaving mirrors, and hair dryers. Rooms also include ceiling fans, desks, and windows that open. A nightly turndown service and housekeeping are provided.
This room has the same distribution as Pejibaye room where you can enjoy the gardens and the valley views in 180 degrees, from your balcony. It has a capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, preferably children. It has two Twin beds and a day bed for two people. The suite also has a safe, private bathroom with hot water.
This guest room is one of the two rooms that are separated from the main house, ideal for big families. The bathroom has two showers to make more pleasant the experience of bathing with natural water form our own waterhole. From the balcony of the front of the room has the view of the gardens and the Turrialba valley also will see the Church of the Hacienda and the rest of the gardens. It has a King size bed and a day bed that can accommodate two additional people.

From any angle an idyllic landscape is enjoyed, complemented by well cared for gardens with sculptures from the “belle époque”, an actual giant chess board, a lagoon with its antique chapel, which is the ‘symbol of the Hacienda’, and a stone labyrinth, also makes part of its path.
