As characteristic feature of the typically colonial mansions all their rooms are particularly wide and finely decorated where it prevails the use of the wood like main element. All the rooms are equipped with a completely functional furniture, private toilets, refrigerators, air conditioning, Satellite TV, telephone and radio, dryer, Water hot and cool, Box of security and Current 110v/60hz.
