Day 1: Punta Cana

Day 3: Punta Cana
The most exclusive destination in the Dominican Republic (Cap Cana) is the location for this upscale shared tour excursion. Fruits and refreshments are served onboard the catamaran as you cruise along the beautiful and stunning coast of Cap Cana. Have the pleasure of jumping into the ocean and snorkelling over the coral reef. After the cruise, a 3 course lunch is served at the Cappuccino restaurant including seafood grill with lobster. Travel tips of Dominican Republic
VISA/PASSPORT
Canadian citizens are not required to obtain visas for tourist stays up to 30 days. Visitors who do not obtain a Dominican visa prior to entry must purchase a tourist card upon arrival to enter the country. Tourist cards cost ten U.S. dollars, which must be paid in U.S. currency. Tourist cards may be purchased at the Dominican Embassy in Washington or Dominican Consulates prior to arrival, as well as at Dominican airports at the time of entry. Tourist cards normally permit a legal stay of up to 60 days. All Americans traveling by air outside of the United States are required to present a passport or other valid travel document to enter or re-enter the United States. This requirement includes sea travel (except closed-loop cruises), including ferry service.
Please note obtaining a visa is your responsibility. These requirements change often and therefore it is best that you check with the Embassy of Dominican Republic for the most up to date visa information.
HEALTH
Health insurance is required. Medical facilities are good quality but not widespread. We recommend that you see a health-care provider who specializes in Travel Medicine. The doctor or health-care provider will determine what vaccinations and medication you will need, depending on factors such as your health and immunization history, areas of the country you will be visiting, and planned activities. - Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
