Sample a variety of a la carte dishes, accompanied by the joyful sound of live marimba music; musicians play every day during lunch and dinner hours. Los Moros: Brilliant color and lively entertainment are yours to enjoy in this section of the restaurant, which pairs live Marimba music in the evening with the thrilling spectacle of talented dancers performing the Baile de los Moros, a Guatemalan folk dance, every night at 8pm. Feast on traditional Guatemalan fare, including Plato Chapin, Puyazo, Salimbuco, Chiles Rellenos and Pepian.
