  • Alice H. — May 19, 2016 — Central America

The guide in Monteverde was excellent!!!!

  • Amy G. — May 19, 2016 — Central America

I've already passed on the name of my trip planner to friends that are looking to go to Costa Rica. Working with Brandi was invaluable.

  • Kristen E. — May 19, 2016 — Central America

Everyone was amazing! We were able to do local activities with our tour guides and they were all very accommodating and great.

  • Margaret H. — May 19, 2016 — Central America

Beautiful hotels with very friendly helpful staff, and very passionate guides keen to show off their heritage to us, of which they are rightly proud. I think having higher end hotels pays off in terms of personal attention and there was nothing I would have changed. At the Turtle Inn we felt like part of a family which was pretty special. I'd do it all again!

  • Collin B. — May 18, 2016 — Central America

Our trip went extremely well. Everything from pick-ups to transfers to accommodations and tours went as smooth as silk. Everybody was prompt and courteous and very friendly. Small changes while in country were happily accommodated. We would highly recommend Kensington Tours to our friends and family.

  • Doug N. — May 18, 2016 — Central America

Thanks to all the in country staff for helping me to change one activity just a few days prior to the event. I would also recommend all of my guides, but especially Marcela in Monteverde and Barbara in Manuel Antonio.

  • Jeffrey B. — May 13, 2016 — Central America

Nella Huaringa was wonderful. She took care of everything. I've already referred her to another client. All the people working for Kensington Tours were incredibly thoughtful, considerate, patient, helpful and really made our stay in Costa Rica exceptionally wonderful. We look forward to using Kensington Tours for all our future travel plans.

  • Alex P. — May 12, 2016 — Central America

The Kensington experience exceeded our expectations and our trip to Costa Rica was just perfect. My wife, children and I had an amazing experience.

  • Bob More — April 21, 2014 — Central America

Every detail was taken care of, and all connections were on time. We were extremely pleased, couldn't stop telling everyone about our great trip. Each room / hotel was better than the last. Wow great holiday!

  • Steve Walling — January 20, 2014 — Central America

We are home safe and sound from the best vacation I can remember. It seemed seamless to us but I know that you worked very hard to make our experience so good.

The guides and drivers were always punctual and reliable. They were very knowledgeable, personable, and funny. They provided us with very helpful information and helped us work on expanding our Spanish. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice.

I especially appreciate our ability to update our plans while we were in Costa Rica. The zip lines were the highlight of our trip. I hate to think we almost missed out by not including it in our original plan.

You have made a friend and supporter for life. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know going to Costa Rica.
