The Hotel is located at a 30 minute flight from Guatemala City and inside the Cerro Cahuí Natural Reserve and on the banks of Lake Petén Itzá; close to El Remate, a farmers village offering hardwood souvenirs and the Island of Flores with its cobblestone streets.
All accommodation at the Camino Real Tikal are housed in thatched-roof bungalows and offer modern comforts from airconditioning, direct-dial phones and cable TV to private balconies. Every balcony provides you with magnificent views of Lake Peten Itza.
