The newly renovated main house contains an antique ceiling fan, wood paneled ceiling and a cozy commons area, always available to guests, featuring color T.V. with cable, VHS, CD player and an extensive library of books, magazines, maps and videotapes on history, culture, travel, archeology, indigenous groups and the environment in Honduras and Central America - all making La Casa de Cafe a charming and comfortable base from which to explore the magnificent ruins of Copan. Relax in a hammock and take in a sunset, read a good book, watch a video, brush up on your Spanish or sample the local beers. Esta en su casa! Make yourself at home!
Copán's Bed and Breakfast Inn is housed in an attractive village residence, four blocks from Copán's Central Park. Our B & B features 10 comfortable rooms in two wings, each with private hot water bath, wood paneled ceiling, ceiling fan, writing desk, night table with reading lamp and an over-sized picture window which looks out onto a spectacular view of the Copán River Valley, the distant mountains and La Casa de Café's own lovely tropical garden.
After a good nights rest, awake to a rich, flavorful cup of locally grown export quality coffee. We grind our beans - fresh every morning. Top it off with a hearty, homemade breakfast. Tropical fruits, fresh baked bread, vegetarian omelette, pancakes, crepes, french toast and waffles.

It´s an oasis of calm and nature where our massage therapist offers up the best 1 hour, full body relaxation massage in Copán. After visiting the majestic Mayan ruins and strolling the quaint colonial village of Copán, why not take a dip in the local hot springs, visit a nearby waterfall, nature reserve or a local Chortí Indian village. or the adventurous, there is horseback riding to outlying Maya sites like Los Sapos, or simply wander down to the Copan River.
