The first Tree House Hotel was created with the idea of conserving and preserving an old family house in the Barrio Guamilito antañon and central San Pedro Sula, thus maintaining the heritage of the city. The owners kept the original design, this being a traditional wooden house typical of the banana companies in which they adapted 6 rooms and also built an annex building with 7 rooms, all fully equipped to meet the guests' needs as required by the modern hotel.
