Quinta Las Acacias , a nineteenth century French style house, was restored in 1998 with great care making it a luxury hotel. It is located in the historic center of Guanajuato, in front of Parque Florencio Antillón and Presa de la Olla. All 17 suites have a special charm and each room has been decorated and named in a different way. A quiet afternoon can be spent in the garden and a spectacular view of Guanajuato can be enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub. The chefs at Las Acacias Restaurant provide its guests with mouth-watering Mexican and innovative regional cuisine.
The Standard room is decorated in a European classic style, with a balcony facing the park Florencio Antillón. It is located on the first floor, each room has its own style preserving the original flavor of the house. Some have antiques, all have wooden floors and oriental carpets, so as you step into the room you will be transported in time.
The Master Suite is located in the back of the house and has a balcony with a spectacular mountain view. Decorated in a Mexican style with Puebla crafts, the suite has a bedroom, queen size canopy bed, a small separate room with a single sofa bed, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
Las Acacias is a small restaurant where the atmosphere keeps the flavor of the nineteenth century. The building's architecture inspires its rich and tasteful international cuisine. Thanks to the chefs Judith Rojas and Javier Perez, delicious recipes and history of Mexican cuisine have been taken to a whole new level, particularly by creating a concept of an innovative regional cuisine.
A spectacular view of the bouffe of Guanajuato view can be enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub and a quiet afternoon in the garden of cactus.
