Paraiso Beach Hotel lies on the beautiful, coral-fringed Corn Island (Isla del Maiz) in the Caribbean Ocean. Corn Island is a popular holiday resort which has yet to be discovered by the main stream. It is perfect for bathing, diving, fishing and snorkeling. Coral reefs are just minutes off shore urrounding the island 10 to 12 feet deep, visibility 80 to 100 feet. Corn Island has beautiful and unspoiled beaches, some of them totally deserted with white sand and turquoise waters.
Paraiso Beach Hotel has 15 cabanas, decorated in traditional Nicaraguan style. The cabanas have been built about 12 years ago by chopping a way to the thick bush. When the first owners built a cabana for their home, many people asked if it was for rent. And that’s basically how the story started. They have built more cabanas as the years passed by. The cabanas are built of re-enforced concrete and the roof covered with sheets of palm trees. You will have your own veranda with chairs, table, hammocks and swing chairs. All cabanas are about 80 meters from the beach.
