Gamboa Rainforest Resort brings you luxury in the jungle. The lodge was built in the year 2000 with spacious modern rooms according to the highest hotel standards. Gamboa Rainforest resort offers both Hotel Rooms and Historic Village Apartments. All the hotel rooms include balconies overlooking the enchanting Chagres River, the Rainforest and the National Park. Each balcony has a comfortable hammock, and a patio table with chairs. In addition, each room has a large desk, easy chairs or love-seat, mini bar, electronic safe deposit box, satellite TV, crystal showers, hair dryers, makeup mirror, iron and ironing board, coffee and coffee maker, fire protection system and 24 hours Room Service. Adjacent to the main resort building, 34 tropical wooden construction apartments built in the 1930's for the Panama Canal Administration officers, have been carefully renovated and decorated for the use of resort guests.

You can relax in the large comfortable hammock and patio furniture on the private balcony while you enjoy the breathtaking view of the Chagres River and the rainforest of Soberania National Park. Our Deluxe River View Rooms offer a larger area, with either two double beds or one king bed. The bathroom has more space and was thought of with stunning and exquisite detail. The maximum capacity of our Deluxe River View Rooms without additional beds is two adults and two children.

In the lower part of the property is the famous Gamboa pool. It is divided into two parts, for children with a depth of 1 foot and deeper 5 foot adults.
