On the 41st floor of Grand Hyatt Cairo is the magnificent Revolving Restaurant. The highest restaurant in the Middle East, it has unprecedented views of Cairo and is 30 metres in diameter and rotates 360 degrees in 75 minutes, bringing the Pyramids, the River Nile and the entire city of Cairo all into view. The Revolving Restaurant offers French cuisine, all specially prepared in the show kitchen. El Sakya indoor and outdoor terrace, is located at the restaurants promenade, overlooking the Nile on one side and adjoins the cascading water, bridges and different levels of indoor planting areas on the other side. Relax and savour a meal from the Japanese, Italian, Indian or seafood restaurants. Okashi restaurant provides a taste of the Orient with a selection of authentic Japanese cuisine and beverages. Though traditionally themed, it is a casual dining restaurant. There are two teppanyaki counters and separate table seating, where your chef will prepare your food and entertain you.
The hotel offers an array of live entertainment at its restaurants and lounges. The Nubian Village offers oriental and Mediterranean cuisine, including an array of Lebanese and Egyptian specialities, in an ethnic Nubian setting. Shisha water pipes (hubbly bubblies) are available and an oriental Takht band performs to add to the atmosphere. This cocktail lounge on the 40th floor at The Revolving Restaurant Lounge provides a 300-degree view of the city, the Pyramids and Cairo suburbs. Accessed by a dedicated elevator, the cocktail lounge offers a selection of French cuisine, while listening to the live musical accompaniment of the pianist in the evening. With a magnificent view of the River Nile and cascading water, the Lobby Lounge bar offers a good place to meet in the heart of the hotel.
