Hayarkon 99 opened recently in the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel. The restaurant seats 40 in a lovely and calmly designed space, based on classic motifs in the tradition of the Dan Hotel chain. The hotel chef, Oved Alfia, and the restaurant chef, Ilan Lazmi, came together to create a menu using the best and freshest local ingredients, with a solid personal touch. The D Restaurant is a kosher dairy restaurant and is open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 23:00. A meat business buffet is served daily between 13:00 and 15:00 at the cost of 89NIS a person.
