Rooms and suites are located on the ground and first floor level of chalets set by the side of a small man-made lake in a layout based on the ancient Ritigala Forest Monastery. Relax in a lounge chair as guests drink in the beauty of the water lilies in the lake. Order a soft goose down feather pillow to snuggle into as guests sleep, or if guests prefer, a contour pillow that supports the head and neck. Make a cup of coffee or raid the mini-bar in the room as guests let the serenity of nature soothe them.Superior Rooms are newly renovated 68 rooms which overlook the lush vegetation of the lodge grounds. Spacious and comfortable, they have a bedroom with living room area, and feature bathrooms with a large shower area.
The restaurant is an open space quite in tune with the architect's vision of blending with nature. In fact there are resident squirrels, so tame that they will literally eat out of the hand. As for the food, there is a full complement of western and eastern dishes with a generous accent on particular ethnic dishes.
